Membership Category and Fee Update

The Board of Directors has approved new membership categories based on the recently revised WANP bylaws.  Below are descriptions of the new categories as well as the benefits for each.  Please note that the membership rates will be changing effective January 1, 2010, and will take effect on member renewal dates throughout the year. 

Professional Membership  

    Criteria: Licensed ND in Washington; dues paid; approved by Board of Directors.

    Benefits: Eligible for all benefits (voting rights, The Bulletin newsletter delivery, discounts on CE and advertising, public profile on WANP.org, preferential referrals from WANP office, installment payments)

    Fees (annual rate/post-licensure):

        1^st year: $60  

        2^nd year: $120

        3^rd year: $240  

        4^th year and on: $360

Supporting Membership (replaces Associate category)

    Criteria: Any person who is supportive of the mission of the WANP; dues paid in full

    Benefits: Non-voting, The Bulletin newsletter delivery, discounts on CE and advertising.

    Fees (annual):

        $120

Student Membership

    Criteria: Any matriculating student in a recognized and accredited naturopathic medical school; dues paid in full

    Benefits: Voting rights through Bastyr student representaive to the WANP Board of Directors, The Bulletin newsletter delivery, discounts on CE and advertising

    Fees:  

        $50 one-time fee during education
