About us:
Located in Downtown Bothell.
Open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Sat 9am-3pm.
We provide naturopathic care mainly to adult and late teen populations (no pediatric patients).
There are two providers currently at the clinic. We would like to add one to two more docs.
Services offered: general naturopathic care, wellness/physical exams, metabolic health, women's health, IV therapy, biofeedback and mindfulness, Cranio and other bodywork techniques, and more.
Most of our patients are insurance-based.

Position Availability:
Positions start as part-time (10-16 hours per week). Based on skills and growth the position will become full-time (32 hours per week).
An ideal schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays coverage is needed, more flexibility on the other days.

Experience:
Both experienced doctors and new grads are welcome! Training/mentoring is available, so long as you are willing to learn.

Duties Include:
We are looking for an ND who could complement our clinic with their skills and interests.
Take on the patient load including physical exams, naturopathic visits, IVs, and so on.
Submit your visits’ insurance claims, complete charts within 24 hours, track your numbers, and so on.
Do front desk office duties when don’t have patients - answer the phone calls, schedule appointments, and so on.
Keep the spaces organized including supplies, closets, general office space, and so on.
Optional: Write newsletters of interest to you - about 1 newsletter per month.

Clinical Skills Expectations:
Must feel confident with (naturopathic) primary care or interested in learning those skills
Must be efficient in physical exams – training and guidance offered
Blood draws, IV techniques skills are helpful
Any unique specialty modality you'd like to practice and contribute to the clinic is encouraged

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Kind and compassionate communication is required with patients
Exhibit openness, authenticity, adaptability, and a strong work ethic
Able to communicate with the team members efficiently. Speaking up when struggling and asking for help
Commitment to continuous education within evidence-based training. Some metaphysical woo-woo is okay!

Compensation and benefits:
$25/hour + commission 30%
Once full-time, health benefits would be available
