Our private naturopathic medicine practice has up to three treatment rooms available for rent in Seattle's vibrant Eastlake neighborhood. In addition to these rooms, renters will have access to most of our office space which is 1200 sq. feet and includes a main lobby, small kitchenette and bathroom. Weekend users will have full access to all three treatment rooms; weekday users will have access to one of our smaller rooms. Room dimensions are as follows: the largest treatment room measures 12' x 15' with the two smaller rooms measuring approximately 9' x 12' each.
The lobby and treatment rooms are beautifully decorated with streetside and underground parking available for patients and staff. Each room contains a massage/acupuncture table giving practitioners the freedom to schedule and treat multiple patients.
The main waiting area has a front desk for reception as well as ample space for patients and visitors. There is also a small kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, dishes and utensils -- everything you need to offer refreshments for your patients! The front door is only a few meters away from the parking garage elevator, making it convenient for those using a wheelchair, and allocated parking spots are available for visitors.
AVAILABILITY & PRICING
Any day and time during the weekend. Availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are also possible, but the largest treatment room is usually not available on these days. Rent is $200 per weekend day and $150 per weekday.
