This presentation will provide information on mandatory reporting for vulnerable adults in Washington State. Who needs to file a report and when? How does the state define "vulnerable adult"? How does a primary care physician file a report? What happens once a report is filed? What is a primary care physician's liability around mandatory reporting? These questions and more will be addressed.
