The aging population in the United States is becoming increasingly diverse, yet health disparities among marginalized communities persist, limiting their access to longevity-focused care. This presentation will explore the unique challenges faced by these populations and how naturopathic medicine can offer culturally informed, equitable solutions. Attendees will gain insights into the social determinants of health, cultural capital, and systemic barriers that influence aging outcomes. Through case studies and practical examples, the session will highlight strategies for creating inclusive care models, addressing chronic diseases, and enhancing access to preventative health services in underserved populations. The presentation will empower naturopathic physicians to be leaders in reducing health inequities and promoting longevity across diverse communities.
