Private Treatment Rooms Available in a Beautiful, Collaborative Clinic

Tilia Health Collective is seeking licensed, independent healthcare professionals to join our established community of exceptional providers in a newly renovated collective clinic.

Our current team includes two naturopathic physicians, two acupuncturists, a craniosacral therapist, and a massage therapist. Dr. Eastman has run a successful collective clinic space for over 16 years, with an established patient base, a strong referral network, and keen desire to mentor those practitioners building their practices. She started this collective to create a healthy environment for both clinicians and patients to thrive. Together, we are committed to creating a warm, collaborative environment where practitioners can build their individual practices while benefiting from professional connection, mentorship, referrals, and shared resources.

We welcome inquiries from licensed providers, including NDs, MDs, MSWs, LMHCs, LMFTs, LAc practitioners, LMPs, and other compatible healthcare professionals.

Available Rooms

Three private treatment rooms are currently available. Each room is intended to be rented by one primary practitioner seven days per week, with the possibility of one approved subtenant.

We are seeking long-term tenants who will sign an annually renewable agreement.

Monthly Room Rates

83 square feet — $941 per month
Approximately 7'3" x 11'9". This interior room does not have an exterior window, but a large frosted-glass panel allows natural light into the space.

105 square feet — $1,272 per month
Approximately 9'6" x 11'. Includes one exterior window.

109 square feet — $1,332 per month
Approximately 9'6" x 11'6". Includes one exterior window.

Included in the Monthly Rent

- Private treatment room
- All utilities, including Wi-Fi, electricity, heat, water, garbage, and recycling
- No additional NNN charges
- Shared patient waiting area with water and herbal tea service
- Professional cleaning of shared spaces
- Security alarm system and keypad suite access
- Clean, stocked restrooms immediately outside the suite
- Wheelchair-accessible building
- Convenient access to multiple bus lines
- Shared practitioner lounge designed to encourage peer connection, mentorship, and collaboration
- Shared charting and work area, including space for acupuncturists to use while patients are resting
- Shared in-suite kitchen with refrigerator and microwave
- Clinic liability coverage for general premises-related incidents, such as slips and falls. Each practitioner must also maintain their own professional and general liability coverage as required by the lease.

Optional Services and Resources

- The following may be available for an additional fee, depending on usage:
- In-suite washer and dryer access: $30 per month
- Biohazard pickup for acupuncture needles, gynecological supplies, and similar materials
- LabCorp laboratory supplies and specimen pickup
- Medical supplies stocked for general family practice
- Access to an onsite naturopathic dispensary and retail area featuring house-formulated tea blends, small-maker medicines, and acute-care products

Not Included
Administrative services are not included. Each practitioner is responsible for their own scheduling, telephone services, electronic medical records, billing, and other practice administration

About the Space

The clinic is available now and has been freshly renovated with new flooring, new paint, professional interior design, and etched-glass panels incorporated into the walls. The space is calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for both practitioners and patients.
