OFFICE BUILDING FOR SALE - Tacoma North End
My wife and i are putting our office building up for sale. Purchasing our own building was a significant part of our retirement strategy and now could be for you also. It is a lovely heritage craftsman style house with commercial zoning on Sixth Avenue, which is the fresh “hot” part of Tacoma with many new restaurants and stores, and just off Union Ave which has easy freeway access - so location couldn’t be better. Windows throughout the downstairs are fitted with custom made wood louvered shutters. The upstairs studio with cathedral ceilings was built as an owner’s suite complete with kitchen and 3/4 bath but could be rented out to another business if you don’t need living quarters - we had a counsellor who rented it from us the entire 27 years we were in practice there, which helped greatly with the mortgage payments.
The sale has just gone live with Commercial Advantage Realty and they have set the asking price on the high side to account for the potential owner financing option and generous allowances for updating and customizing.
