We're a group of chiropractic clinics with various locations in the Seattle area, and have beautiful space available for rent in our University District location. The clinic is on the ground level of 45th St. and 9th Ave., and shares common space (waiting room, front desk, break room, bathroom) with a busy physical therapy clinic and chiropractor. There is excellent drive by and walk by visibility to help grow a practice, and would be perfect for an acupuncturist, nutritionist, or massage therapist who wants ground level street visibility on one of the busiest streets in Seattle. The chiropractor is growth minded and focused on motor vehicle injury treatment. Rent would be $1000/month, which includes everything (internet, utilities, cleaning, front desk supplies, etc.).
