Dr. Zech received her undergraduate degree in Architecture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo before going on to study Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University. Following graduation, she completed a two-year residency in Integrative Oncology. She is board certified in Naturopathic Oncology (FABNO) and is also recognized as a Registered Herbalist through the American Herbalist Guild.
Dr. Zech recognizes the importance of meeting patients where they are in their health journey and strives to integrate each individual’s goals alongside evidence-based therapies aimed at improving both quality and quantity of life. She works with patients to optimize health through attention to diet and lifestyle, incorporating herbal and nutrient support where appropriate.
Her clinical interests include integrative oncology, general health optimization and prevention and management of chronic diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
