Stormhaven Natural Health is your haven in the storm of life. Dr. Rachel has a particular passion for holding space for those interested in pursuing better health but unsure where or how to start. With a focus on mind-body medicine through the use of massage and other bodywork, lifestyle counseling, and biofeedback, Stormhaven is there to provide you with the rejuvenation, support, and resilience tools to tackle whatever the storm throws your way.

Stormhaven Natural Health is a cash pay practice. A superbill may be provided for patients to pursue their own reimbursement.

Doctor Bio

Dr. Rachel grew up in a suburb on the Illinois side of St. Louis, Missouri. She and her husband moved to the Seattle area for her schooling at Bastyr Kenmore and she fell in love with the gray of the PNW. When not helping others achieve better health, she enjoys watching movies and TV shows with her husband, reading, singing, playing video games, and being a nerd.
