Kirkland Natural Medicine is a practice with two naturopathic physicians, Dr. Teresa Richter and Dr. Tina McManus. We focus on auto-immune conditions, endocrinology, chronic fatigue, women and men's health and gastrointestinal disorders. In addition we offer different types of injection therapies for pain and nutrients, IV therapy and laser therapies for pain and weight loss. We are an insurance based practice.
We accept almost all insurance plans with the exception of Medicare and Medicaid. Please contact the front desk to verify insurance.
Credentials and Education
Dr Richter received her Bachelor's Degree in Herbal Science and Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University, Kenmore, Washington.
Dr. Richter has a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine (ND), and a Bachelor’s degree in Herbal Sciences from Bastyr University, the leading institution in Natural Medicine.
Her determination with her own health issues inspires her to help others and helps her better understand her patients. She works to constantly improve her own skills as a doctor to help her patients enjoy better health.
In addition to the required coursework, Dr. Richter also did elective study in: Craniosacral therapy, Homeopathy,
Ayurvedic Medicine, Aromatherapy, Pain management, IV Therapy.
Dr. Richter's clinical rotations included primary care, physical medicine, homeopathy, IV therapy, Counseling, HIV/Immune Wellness, Women's Health and off-site at the Carolyn Downs Clinic providing care to under-served populations.
