Dr. Camille Hougardy is a naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist dedicated to helping patients feel present, vibrant, and confident in their body’s ability to heal. She specializes in supporting those who want to understand and work with the natural wisdom of their bodies, prioritizing long-term health and sustainable habits over symptom management. Self-compassion is a cornerstone of her work, and she weaves it into every patient interaction as an essential part of well-being.
Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, allergies, insomnia, digestive issues, migraines, and skin conditions such as acne. She combines naturopathic and Chinese medicine philosophies to create individualized care plans, drawing on mind-body medicine, herbal medicine, acupuncture, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies.
Dr. Camille earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and Master of Science in Acupuncture from Bastyr University, where she also completed additional training in biofeedback, craniosacral therapy, trigger point acupuncture. Following graduation, she completed two years of mentorship in Classical Chinese Medicine and Five-Element Theory, further deepening her understanding of traditional healing systems.
Her path to medicine began after a sports injury in high school sparked both personal challenges and a deeper understanding of the healing process. Early work in a care facility for adults with disabilities taught her the value of time, connection, and truly listening to patients, which are principles that guide her practice today.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Camille enjoys crocheting, gardening, and kayaking, and is always happy to share pictures of her two cats, Roy and Perry.
