My areas of focus include mind-body medicine, mental health and addiction recovery, which often involve neurological health, gastrointestinal health, hormonal health, and immune health. I also share an interest in epigenetics, inter-generational trauma, and psycho-spiritual health.
My primary modalities include lifestyle and dietary counseling, clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy, genetic testing, hydrotherapy, biofeedback therapy, craniosacral therapy, and pharmaceutical interventions (if necessary).
