Medicine Through All Life Stages - My greatest hope is that my practice fits a diverse group of individuals in an empowering way, educates with respect, and promotes body, spirit, and lifestyle positivity for whatever paths you are choosing for your optimal self. A search for increasing health or vitality, a relief of pain, or a desire to find new meaning in the day-to-day are common aspects of why people might request my input or learn more from my services.

What my medicine focuses on is acceptance based strategies for what’s happening in the present moment, with additional support for underlying structures towards healing. Some items that support us in times of change include mental, spiritual, and physical health. This can look like better digestion, sleep, exercise, spiritual practices like meditation or breathing exercises. This can also look like releasing grief, anger, fear, recognizing bias in ourselves and towards others, and commonly acceptance of our limitations. That is why I’ve crafted my practice around tools of Meridians and Energy systems of Acupuncture, Herbal, Dietary, and Pharmacy supplemental systems of Naturopathic Medicine, and also practice using a foundation in Health Psychology.
