Practice Description

Sundew Integrated Recovery PLLC provides mental health, primary care, and substance use disorder treatment. We also provide medication-assisted treatment, medication management, herbal therapies, nutritional guidance, acupuncture, and appropriate referrals.

We currently take First Choice, Premera, Regence, Aetna, Humana, Cigna, TriWest, Humana, Medicaid, Molina, and Coordinated Care. Cash pay available with superbills upon request

Credentials and Education

Dr. Dzikowski received his Naturopathic Doctorate and Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Bastyr University and is licensed in the state of Washington.  Prior to this, Dr. Dzikowski received his Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and worked as a withdrawal management nurse for 4+ years at Swedish Medical Centers Addiction Recovery Services and Evergreen Recovery Centers Detox. In addition, he has completed a 1-week internship at the Betty Hazelden Ford Foundation, completed advanced course work in addiction medicine including the Buprenorphine Waiver training and the ASAM Alcohol Withdrawal Management Series as a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and aided in the remodeling and teaching of the addiction medicine curriculum at Bastyr University.

Doctor Bio

Dr. Andrew Dzikowski is a primary care physician specializing in addiction medicine and mental health. He primarily works with non-pregnant adults who suffer from chemical dependency and co-occurring disorders with a focus on physical and mental health and wellness. His medical philosophy is to promote recovery through patient-centered care and therapeutic alliance. In his practice, Dr. Andrew works closely with psychiatric nurse practitioners, substance use disorder professionals, mental health counselors, nurses, and caseworkers to create a comprehensive health care team dedicated to the health and well-being of each patient.

Dr. Andrew received his Naturopathic Doctorate and Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Bastyr University and is licensed in the state of Washington. Prior to this, Dr. Andrew received his Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and completed a 1-year nursing residency at Swedish Medical Center in Addiction Medicine and Withdrawal Management. Thereafter, he worked as a withdrawal management nurse for 4+ years at Evergreen Recovery Centers Detox, then transitioned into a provider role soon after. In addition, he has completed an internship at the Betty Hazelden Ford Foundation, completed advanced course work in addiction medicine including the Buprenorphine Waiver training and the ASAM Alcohol Withdrawal Management Series as a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and aided in the remodeling and teaching of the addiction medicine curriculum at Bastyr University. He is currently enrolled at Walden University to earn his master of science in nursing specializing in psychiatry and mental health.

In his spare time, Dr. Andrew enjoys weightlifting and teaching. He is currently a part of the Botanical Medicine and Naturopathic Medicine departments at Bastyr University where he is an instructor for the Mental Health and Nervous System class and assists in teaching the botanical medicine curriculum.
