Dr. Shari Jainuddin is a licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor with a focus on primary care medicine and is Board Certified in Biofeedback. She sees patients of all ages and identities, addressing both acute and chronic conditions. In addition to these credentials, she has also trained in Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and visceral manipulation and offers these gentle, yet profound treatment options.
Dr. Jainuddin earned her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from Smith College as an Ada Comstock Scholar and conducted research at the Feil Family Brain & Mind Institute at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York for five years and has authored several scientific publications. She received her doctorate degree from Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington and is currently practicing in California and Minnesota.
Before pursuing higher education, she had a career in IT, and is the first in her family to receive a college degree. Midwest farm life provided her with strong community values and work ethics. As a former dancer, she has a passion for the mind-body connection. Dr. Jainuddin moved to the Coachella Valley for a residency and quickly realized her soul’s connection to the desert and made the decision to stay and start her own practice.
She cherishes connecting with people from all backgrounds and meeting them where they are at in their life journey as they work towards health. Docere, doctor as teacher, is a main pillar of her practice, focusing on educating her patients, empowering them in their healthcare decisions and goals.
