Dr. Tim's undergraduate work earned him a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He worked as a certified nurse assistant before graduating from Bastyr University in 1997, an accredited naturopathic medical university. He then became licensed as a naturopathic physician in Washington State. He met his wife at Bastyr University and they subsequently set up a family practice in North Carolina for 16 years.
Dr. Tim now works at Naturopathic Health Center, PLLC. He specializes in natural family medicine. He particularly enjoys the profound improvement in helping those with mental and emotional challenges. He uses stress management, nutrition, herbal and homeopathic medicines for their safety and efficacy. He practices naturopathic medicine with his wife, Dr. Preeta Kuhlman.
He loves to dance salsa, ballroom and cha cha with his wife. He enjoys reading, hiking and writing poetry. He also plays the guitar.
